If you have an immediate concern about your treatment or care, the care of a family member, or any other matter, we encourage you to discuss this with your treating provider. Many problems can be resolved quickly by talking things over. If you have a concern or complaint as an employee, you may speak with your immediate supervisor, Human Resources liaison, and/or complete a compliant form. Please be sure to fill out the form completely, so a proper investigation may be completed.
State code and federal laws strictly prohibit any retaliation against a Beacon of Hope client or employee who exercises his/her right to file a grievance. Retaliation is prohibited whether or not the charging party prevails in the original charge. Subsequent to, or at the same time as the charge, no staff of Beacon of Hope may harass, discriminate, coerce, intimidate, or retaliate against an individual who has filed a complaint or participated in the complaint resolution process. Beacon of Hope or any other employee may not harass, discriminate, coerce, intimidate, or retaliate against an employee who file a compliant.
