Beacon of Hope has a Board of Directors who governs our organization. The Board members have bachelor and master degrees in Business Administration, Human Services, and Political Science. Their areas of expertise, knowledge, and diverse experiences include business development and management; customer relations; entrepreneurship; financial management; hospitality; marketing; project oversight; sales, and supervisory management. The Board of Directors advises and oversees our organization’s operations and monitors our finances and performance, while ensuring accountability, guidance, and strategic planning. Some of their responsibilities include determining our policies and procedures; ensuring our compliance with applicable laws and regulations; providing financial accountability; monitoring our adherence of ethical and professional standards of healthcare, and managing the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The members of the Board of Directors serve without compensation and give freely of their time. They are truly appreciated and valued!
