Planned Giving
Furthermore, some of our clients have learning disabilities and comprehension problems, which make it challenging for them to manage their finances or to buy items to meet their basic living needs. Therefore, they need assistance with enhancing their mindset and developing skills sets to meet their education, physical, medical, mental, and social needs. Additionally, some of our clients let their pride get in their way of asking for and seeking community assistance due to various reasons such as trust issues. Subsequently, some of them may not apply for eligible programs and services to assist them. Consequently, we provide them with free or sliding-fee services, which impacts our business operations. Sadly, a lot of our clients experience the aforementioned challenges on a monthly basis.
We appreciate the support and contributions of our donors, because each donation helps us to expand and provide accessible healthcare services to our clients and underinvested populations; sustain families in their homes and communities; provide emergency aid and relief in the midst of a crisis, and put a smile on faces who were hopeless, but now hopeful because of your kind gesture!
Planned giving allows Beacon of Hope Maryland to continue with our commitment of providing comprehensive behavioral health, substance use prevention, and rehabilitative care and services while offering community assistance and emergency aid relief to our clients and underinvested individuals. Your investment in the mission and vision of Beacon of Hope Maryland makes an everlasting and significant impact as it enhances the quality of life of our most vulnerable clients. You may make a planned gift by giving a charitable donation like Beneficiary Designations (IRA, donor advised fund, etc.), Charitable Remainder Trust, Gifts of Real Estate and Tangible Property, and Wills and Bequests. Please seek the advice of your financial or legal advisor when considering planned gifts. Thank you for leaving a legacy gift to help and bless many people for years to come! Many blessings to you!
